Lemon Blueberry Cake Pictures
This blueberry yogurt Pitchiin Bundt cake just about picnics, church social, the perfect dessert for any occasion or family meal. Bundt Blueberry Yogurt Cake :
2 cups sifted cake flour
3 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk powder
Tsp 2 1 / 2 baking soda
Salt 1 / 2 tsp.
1 tsp cinnamon
1 / 2 teaspoon nutmeg
Ground cloves 1 / 2 tsp.
Chopped pecans 1 / 2 cup
Sugar 1 1 / 2 cup
Low-fat yogurt 3 / 4 cup plain
3 eggs, beaten
3 / 4 cup canola oil
Lemon extract 1 / 2 tsp.
1 cup fresh blueberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12-cup bundt pan, put it aside.
Medium-sized bowl, flour, milk powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and mix together. Stir in pecans. In another bowl, mix together the yogurt and sugar. Eggs, oil, lemon extract defeated. Fold in blueberries. Combine the flour mixture to the blueberry mixture. Pour dough into prepared bundt pan.
