Chocolate chip bundt cake
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
Salt 1/2 tsp.
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
Marshmallow cream glaze (recipe below)
Double Chocolate Chip cake
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
12 cup bundt cake pan and place grease and flour, on the side.
Mixer bowl until light and fluffy large cream, butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Mix well after each line, add eggs, one at a time.
A combination of flour, baking powder and salt in another bowl after each addition, mix just until smooth, then add to butter mixture alternately with milk. Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake until a wooden toothpick to clean out that is inserted in the center, or at 350 degrees for 70 minutes from 65. Cool, it is possible to cool completely then invert on serving platter in the pan for 10 minutes.
Creamy chocolate glaze:
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of water
1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
Marshmallow cream 1 tablespoon
2 tsp hot water from a
The pot, with the 2 tablespoons sugar and water to a boil, remove from heat. Stirring until they are melted, stir in chocolate chips. Blend in marshmallow cream. Glaze, until the consistency of your choice, mixed, add half teaspoon of the time, the hot water.
